We are excited to offer travel funding of up to $1000 USD (depending on need and availability of funds) per person or group to support participation in the in-person portion of our event in London, UK on July 19th, 2025. 

We especially encourage applications from individuals or groups/families that include autistic people with higher support needs, those using AAC, and applicants from the Global South and other underrepresented communities.

This form is due May 30th, 2025, ahead of our event taking place on July 19th, 2025. We aim to get back to applicants as soon as possible, but it may take a few weeks before you hear back due to our back-end process of determining eligibility of applicants.

Filling out this form is not a guarantee of funding. We may receive many applications for our limited amount of funding and unfortunately not be able to fund everyone's travel.

Please note that travel receipts (e.g., plane, train, hotel, food) will be required in order to receive the reimbursement funding after the event.

Note: If you are awarded funding and need the funding in advance (not a reimbursement) please contact us and we can work something out. We are offering reimbursements due to the grant timeline with UNESCO, but can potentially make limited exceptions.
